HLVd Viroid Analysis (RT-LAMP)
Our RT-LAMP service is designed for rapid, flexible screening. This technique uses isothermal amplification, allowing for fast and affordable results. RT-LAMP is an excellent first-line screening method. Because HLVd is not always distributed evenly across all plant tissues, the lower cost of RT-LAMP can allow you to perform higher-volume testing or take multiple samples from a single plant to increase the likelihood of catching an infection. This method is generally most effective when integrated into frequent, routine monitoring schedules for general production stock.
